Rooftop Antenna & HOA

Greetings:

I am considering using an outdoor antenna to receive Over The Air (OTA) High
Definition (HD) channels. I know the FCC has established a rule that
permits antennas and satellite dishes as long as the equipment is placed on
private, nor common areas.

Can anyone cite any restrictions that may be used by a HOA to restrict the
placement of the outdoor antenna?
