You have all those tools scattered in the kitchen drawer, the garage, your trunk ... Isn't it time to find them a real home?

Steps:
1. Gather all your tools - when you see all of them together, you'll have a better idea of how big a home to give them.

2. Choose a larger rather than smaller toolbox. You can get anything from a small plastic box with a handle on top to a large, steel, tool chest with wheels.

3. Be sure that there are enough trays for small hardware such as screws, nails, nuts and washers.

4. Keep in mind that you will probably have to carry the toolbox at some point. Be sure that it is comfortable and balanced.

5. Consider a toolbox that doubles as a work surface or stepstool.
