You can only really clean a bathtub if the bathtub wants to be
cleaned.

Hi everyone--I am so relieved to hear I'm not the only one who has a
heck of a time getting my bathtub clean. I've tried Soft Scrub,
Clorox, etc....I think my problem is that the original "gloss" coating
has worn off, so that soap scum adheres to the bathtub. I've actually
used a wallpaper scraper to remove the grit that the cleaners leave
behind.

I've found Clorox with a really rough sponge often does the best job
(if the fumes don't kill you first).

A while back, I put a coating of Turtle Wax on the bathtub--which help
tremendously for a few months. You do need to reapply every so often,
though.

Best regards--r3
