Dark spots in Lawn

I live in central Florida and my lawn tends to develop very drab and dark
patches that looks like the grass is wilted. I think it is just the heat
but it only affects certain spots in the lawn. What could my problem be? Oh
yeah I have Argentine bahia and I water about once every three days.
