My husband suffers from allergies and sinus and we are looking into air
purifiers for the bedroom. Does anyone have any recommendations ?
Thanks Liz

For allergies I would recommend a HEPA filter. Here's one example, but there
are many on the market.

I'd check Consumer Reports whiel you're at it. If you don't subscribe, go
to the library. I've been told that according to Consumer Reports the Ionic
Breeze by Sharper Image isn't worth the materials it's made from. Do your
research.

CR recommend the Friedriech model as the best air

I couldn't find a model C40-A, but there is a C90-B. It is a triple-filter
unit with a large particulate primary filter, electronic cell filter, and
activated charcoal filter.
For allergies, however, I would still recommend a top quality HEPA filter
over any other type. This is what hospitals use where air quality and
allergen control is most important.
If anyone smokes in the house, however, an electronic air cleaner is the
way to go.

If people have allergies, why would they allow anyone to smoke in their
home?
