Typles of Ownership

I realize that everybody has their own likes and dislikes; however, I am really looking for some comments as to the pro's and con's of the different types of ownerships, i.e., condominium, villa, or homeowner. At the present time I am living in a detached single family condominum; however, considerations is being given to changing this to individual homeowners. Your comments would be greatly appreciated.
