There you are, looking at your home, apartment or room; a lot of ideas running on your mind, but you're stuck with two questions that you yourself find hard answering - "where do I start?" and "will I make it right?". There is the fear of not being able to properly put into actuality what beautiful ideas you have in mind.
A home, room or apartment have one thing in common, they are all "permanent" in a sense that we cannot change how they look everyday. We have only a few shots at making them right, at making them look good. And so it becomes a burden and a stressing task instead of an enjoyable one if you do not know how to do it.
