My Lease Agreement doesn't mention the garage, that is suppose to be part of my "deal;" the six units have assigned garage parking. Do the general California rules governing renters rights cover garages?
There is a drip over the front of my car ... that the landlord has said he would fix a number of times, including about 4 months ago. I recently returned from house sitting for 3.5 months ... and it still drips on my front windshield ... causing dry water marks all over that window. I now have to leave my garage door up, with my car backed partly out to avoid being dripped on.
I'm wondering if I should open an Escrow Account and deposit my rent into that until he actually gets it fixed?
