I have been buying Purex Free & Clear liquid detergent for $2.99 a bottle for several years. Well my washing machine died so I decided to buy a front loading washing machine to save on water usage. I was amazed at how much more expensive the HE detergent is. Then I found out that its hard to find HE free & clear. Anyone know what brand has the best priced Free & Clear liquid detergent for High efficiency machines? I might be saving on water but I think I think just tripled my cost of detergent. Your input is appreciated.
