The cancer risk for Americans who eat the recommended amounts (five servings) of fruits and vegetables (especially dark green, leafy vegetables, and red, orange, and yellow fruits and vegetables) on a daily basis is 50 to 70 percent lower than for those who consume the least fruits and vegetables.

As this Super Berry Smoothie recipe shows, a healthy breakfast can be quick, easy, low-fat and ideal for anyone on the go.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup vanilla soy milk
½ cup apple juice
1 cup blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients in blender and puree till smooth. Serve garnished with berries or slices of banana.

I would say sprinkle just a little bit of sugar on teh top, or artificial sweetener.
