Are there any concoctions that you have that can be easily applied to plants without killing them to make them less tasteful to animals? As seen above I hate teh deer near me.
I have tried Cayenne pepper in water, and spraying teh oplants with that, but I have seen that it kills some plants, and soem animals do not mind it.
Any Ideas?

Moth balls work wonders. Not only does it repel cats, dogs and wild critters, it also repels snakes.

Fill a cup up with ammonia and place it near your garden. The smell drives everything away.
For extra efffect, place them about two feet apart around the perimeter of the plants.
