Can they do That?

The neighborhhod that I live in (single family homes) has a rule setup, that you cannot put up sheds, or fences 6 ft or taller, is there a legal way that they can make me take either of them down?

If you are breaking the rules, then yes they can report you.

The home owners association etc, yes can and will regulate what you build.

Alot of neighbourhoods have the fence height limitation, but I've never heard of the Shed rule.

Sadly, some communitys really are uptight with this kind of stuff. I lived in a place where even parking a car on the grass was considered illegal. I wish people where not so uptight sometimes.

Yes, they can and will go follow through with the laws.
