Hey - I've been looking through the postings here, and I'm hoping some
of you nice people will be able to help me. But before I get started
asking questions, I kind of wanted to make sure how "welcome" my
questions would be! Basically, I'm looking for advice/opinions about
decorating my house, which I moved into recently. I tend to think I
have a good sense of style, but I've never lived in a place that's
really all mine and that I can just delve into and go wild decorating!
So I tend to second guess myself, and I just need a sounding board (or
boards)! Is anyone game for such questions? Thanks for reading this
post, and I hope to develop some informative relationships here!

I'd love to see this group get going. There are some good sites
on the web that have moderated groups, but it would be nice to
see what people have to say here. I'd be willing to be your
sounding board. I love interior decorating--kind of wish I had
made it my career.
What style do you like?
What's your favorite color?
Sounds like you're going to have fun!

It all depends on your sense of style!
You could have numerous tastes in how you personally preffer your home to look. It ranges, from contemporary to old fashioned, or maybe oriental perhaps?
