Other than water, poop, and a moderate amount of some good quality
TP (Scotts will do), you really don't want to put anything down that
drain. Nothing.
Certainly no hair. No cellulose of any kind (that would be fruits &
vegetables).
Use the strainer. Forget the disposal.
