View Full Version : Limescale deposits
Can anyone suggest a way to remove heavy limescale deposits from the ends of
taps. Have tried the usual limelite etc and nothing has touched it. Any help
really appreciated.

You could scrub it off with a pumice stone or soak it off in vinegar.
Put the vinegar in a plastic bag and attach to the tap with a band or
tie so the limescale is immersed or soak some paper towels in the
vinegar and wrap around the taps.
Thanks Dawn, i'll give it a go
