I have rust stains on my vinyl flooring. I had put down an old tv tray to
put my cats dishes on and it left rust stains on the floor.Probably from the
cats playing with there water. Any ideas to get rid of the rust? Thanks,
Julie

There are many commercial rust removers. You can find them in your
supermarket's cleaning isle or at the hardware store. I have had good luck
with a product called Iron Out.

You don't want to use anything abrasive on a vinyl floor.
Wet the area with vinegar. Sprinkle salt over the area and wait 10
minutes. Wipe the area with a paper towel. If the stain remains,
then use CLR.

Thanks for your replys. I'll try the salt and vinegar first. I have some
Whink but with all the warnings on the bottle, I'm a little afraid to use
it.
