That is a very nice platitude but it is not very well thought out. All these
religions have their good and bad points and the moderate believers
will pick and choose the socially good points and ignore the bad or
constitutionally illegal ones. Fundamentalists argue that such selective
belief is hypocritical - and they have a point! So to say that a religion is
ok so long as it conforms to some rule of *your* choosing is just stupidly
and complacently lame. There are more fundamental Moslems living
in the west than there are Fundamental Christians and they are
dangerous, as they have already shown - and continue to show.

Now getting back to COOKING.

Camel Fillet with a Shiraz Butter Glaze

Camel has a sweet mutton like taste and Australia has the world's largest
population of wild camels thanks to the Afghans who released them in the
Outback of South Australia and the Northern Territory.

4 camel fillets, trimmed of sinew and cut into medallions
olive oil
butter
16 small onions, sliced
4 carrots, finely chopped
4 1/4 cups shiraz wine or other red wine
4 1/4 cups beef stock

Heat the olive oil and saute the onions, carrots and celery in a pan until
slightly brown.
Add cut up camel trimmings and cook until brown.
Add wine and beef stock.
Simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
Strain and whisk in butter pieces until the liquid has a buttery glaze.
Brush camel fillets with olive oil and grill to your taste.
To serve pour shiraz butter glaze onto a plate, arrange camel medallions in
a pyramid shape and serve with tossed salad
