My landlord is never around...

Whenever I need help or have a question, my landlord is nowhere to be found. Sometimes it seems as if he is ignoring us tenants. What can I possibly do about this?

i would love to be in that situation.my landlady butts in far too often. comes over at least twice a week and inspects and moans about the place. im pretty sure its illegal to do so without notice, but i get such a great deal i never want to kick up a fuss.
