He is a house developer and he is going to buy a historical building down in maryland. He can't do anything with the building itself but the land he said is commercial and and there is 7 acres of it. He is buying the place for around 1.2 million.
Any thoughts??

What exactly is he planning to do? I am getting the impression that he is planning to subdivide the property and sell smaller bits to businesses, or actually build the places first and then sell the built places to businesses. I could see that being a profitable enterprise, but I am not sure he should have bought a property with a historical building. It is a building that cannot make money for you.

The reason he has the land is because eh bought the building. And yes, he is going to sell smaller bits to businesses.

I think he should keep most of the land because it is a landmark but selling an acre or two wouldn't be that bad.
