Help needed with porch paint

Well, last year, my family and I painted the porch red. For some reason, the paint is almost all off. The porch is made of wood. Does anybody have any good suggestions to what kind of paint I should use?

They make special paints just for decks, and i am guessing you just used regular old paint.

I found this deck paint online for sale, and they have red so i figured you may be interested in taking a look at it. Here is the link for you.

It is a little bit over 30$ a gallon. I dont do much painting so I dont know how expensive or not it is, but thats how much it costs.
