Cleaning walls.

Over the past year I have accumulated some grubby fingerprints on my walls, What is the best method for removing the prints?

This is sort of a rhetorical question, but what kind of walls are they? Wooden? And if it has sort of like a glossy layer on it, then what I would do is moisten a sponge, pour some of that wall cleaner, and see if that works. It worked for my dirty walls.

Latex paint on walls is easily soiled. It tends not to respond well to cleaning. Mild soap and water or all purpose cleaner may remove prints. If prints are oily, it is doubtful that you will have too much success. Repainting may be required.
