Do a Google search on "incontinence." There are exercises you can
practice that might help, or you need to see a urologist to diagnose
the problem (you could be diabetic, dehydrated, or possibly some
serious disease.) Urine can be neutral, acidic, or alkaline.

There are upholstery shampoos you can purchase in the automotive
section. At the very least, even without incontinence, use a towel on
the chair.
