Adhesive removal

Happy new year!

We are redoing our bathroom and there was a vinyl baseboard all around
where the wall meets the floor. It was glued on with ( and unknown) adhesive
tot he tile walls. Does anyone know who to remove this adhesive from the
tile walls?
